The Noosa Longboards Little Cove Model

The Noosa Longboards Little Cove model is named after the friendliest wave in Noosa, and it shares that same welcoming nature. It sits between our all-round GT and the refined National Park, with one key difference: a pin tail. The pin tail adds flow and control without taking away the glide, paddle and stability that make a longboard so much fun.

Friendly Shape, Pin Tail

The widest part of the board sits slightly towards the back, so it answers quickly when you step back to turn. The pin tail tapers the back of the board, letting it lean into turns with a smooth, drawn-out arc. Plenty of foam stays under you, so it still paddles with ease and gets you into waves early.

Smooth and Easy to Control

A flatter curve through the tail helps the board build speed and hold it through softer sections. The pin tail gives you a light touch on the controls. A little pressure on the back foot checks your speed, and easing forward lets the board run. Staying in the best part of the wave becomes second nature.

Confident on the Nose

A gentle scoop under the nose gives you a steady spot to walk up to the front of the board. There’s plenty of room up there, and the board stays calm and balanced under your feet, so time on the tip feels comfortable whether the wave is small or has some shape to it.
