Surfboard delivery
Choose specialist surfboard transport or boxed door-to-door delivery. Our preferred option is Surf Express, followed by Surf Freight, wherever the route and timing suit your order.
1. Surf Express — our preferred carrier
$180 AUD per board on supported routes. Happy to meet the driver at an agreed point near your area? Specialist surfboard transport is a great choice if you are flexible about timing and collection. We confirm route availability, the meeting point and the handover window before finalising your freight booking. This is not a guaranteed door-to-door service.
Typical weekly route: Monday: Nambucca to Sunshine Coast. Tuesday: Sunshine Coast to Gold Coast. Wednesday: Gold Coast to Newcastle. Thursday: Newcastle to Cronulla, with Wollongong every second week. Friday: Sydney to Nambucca via Central Coast and Newcastle.
Run dates, capacity and booking cutoffs must be confirmed. Please contact us before ordering if you need your board by a particular date. Ordering before a route day does not guarantee a place on that run.
2. Surf Freight — specialist alternative
$180 AUD per board on supported routes. Another specialist option when its route or schedule suits you better. Handover may be at an agreed local meeting point, highway stop or service station. Location and timing are confirmed before booking.

3. Boxed door-to-door delivery
Prefer delivery to your address? Contact us for an available Big Post boxed freight quote. The price depends on your delivery address, packed board dimensions and service availability. We confirm the cost and estimated delivery window before booking.
Freight charges and discounts
Specialist freight is charged per board: one board $180, two boards $360, three boards $540. Coverage and availability must be confirmed; a state appearing at checkout does not mean every address is on a specialist route. Please contact us to confirm freight before purchasing, especially for multiple boards, remote destinations or international delivery.
Our 10% welcome discount for new customers applies to boards. Shipping is charged separately. Discounted boards do not automatically qualify for free shipping. Free surfboard shipping is available only during an explicitly advertised shipping promotion and subject to that promotion's dates, eligible boards and destinations. General spend-based free-shipping offers apply only to eligible clothing and accessories. Surfboards and art are excluded, including when purchased with eligible items.

Choose an available collection location at checkout. Brisbane sale collection, including later collection, is by arrangement; please wait for confirmation of the collection address and time before travelling.

Shipping charges are shown at checkout. Any spend-based free-shipping offer is limited to eligible clothing and accessories; surfboards and art are excluded. The shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout, together with the value of any discount that is applied to your order.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.
Delivery Times
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days, excluding our surfboards. A delivery time of 1-5 business days is expected for Australian orders, and 4-10 business days for International orders. Surfboard delivery timing depends on the confirmed carrier, route and booking; the standard parcel delivery times above do not apply to boards.
For parcel orders, tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched however please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register in the carrier's system. Most orders are sent through Australia Post.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
Duty and taxes
Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Noosa Longboards cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Noosa Longboards, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.
