By ordering or registering on Noosa Longboards you grant us the right to add your contact details to our database and email transactional order, shipping and product review emails. From time to time we may contact you about offers and new products. You can easily be removed by either unsubscribing via the link at the footer of any marketing communications or contacting our Customer Service team and we will remove you from marketing communications. We may exchange personal information with our related companies and with third party service providers who assist us with payment, marketing, data processing, IT, archival, auditing, accounting, customer contact, legal, business consulting, banking, delivery, data analysis, document management, research, investigation, insurance, website and other services.

Your receipt of an electronic or another form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Noosa Longboards reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. Noosa Longboards reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the quantity ordered of any item. All orders placed must obtain pre-approval with an acceptable method of payment, as established by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may require additional verifications or information before accepting any order.
Noosa Longboards ships to almost any address in the world.
We offer free shipping on all Australian orders over $100 and on International orders over $150 AUD, excluding our surfboards. The shipping cost will be displayed in your cart during checkout, together with the value of any discount that is applied to your order.
Our shipping rates for surfboards are as follows: $75 for East Coast Coastal Towns (Noosa to Wollongong); $120 for Melbourne and Torquay; and $150 for the Rest of Australia. International Surfboard freight can be arranged to most locations. Noosa Longboards Customer Service will contact you to arrange payment on shipping following your purchase.
Please note that we are unable to ship to PO boxes outside of Australia.
All orders are dispatched within 48 hours on business days, excluding our surfboards. A delivery time of 1-5 business days is expected for Australian orders, and 4-10 business days for International orders. Surfboards can be shipped Australia wide and have an expected delivery time of to 7-14 business days.
Tracking details will be automatically provided via email when your items are dispatched however please allow up to 24 hours for your tracking number to register in the carriers system. Most orders are sent through Australia Post.
During sale periods, or within a few days of a collection launch, there may be slight delays in shipping. We will endeavour to get your order out to you as soon as possible and appreciate your patience during these times.
Duty and taxes
Orders shipping outside of Australia may be subject to local import charges. Customs policies vary widely, with customs or import duties being charged once the order reaches its destination country. Noosa Longboards cannot be held responsible for any additional charges as Customs & Duty charges are controlled by the local government at the destination of import. Before shopping online with Noosa Longboards, we ask for you to be aware of any additional importation fees your local customs office may charge before placing your order. We cannot class your international orders as 'gifts' to bypass or reduce any custom fees.

Returns and Exchanges
We want you to love your Noosa Longboards garments, so if you’re not happy with your purchase we are happy to now offer refunds on all full-priced purchases and store credits on sale styles, subject to some limited exclusions. Please note that all surfboard sales are final, and we do not offer returns or exchanges for these items.
To submit a return please email email@example.com with your name, order number, the item/s you wish to return and reason for return. All return details will be provided via email within 2 business days. Please note that any shipping costs incurred for returning items to Noosa Longboards for a refund or store credit is solely at the customers own expense.
Please note that all returned items must be unworn, unused and unwashed with all original tags attached (unless faulty). All returned items will be reviewed and can be rejected at Noosa Longboard’s discretion and returned to the customer. If you wish to return swimwear, the tags and protective hygiene strip must remain in place. Swimwear items that are missing the protective hygiene strip or show signs of wear will not be accepted.
The shipping costs incurred for returning item/s to Noosa Longbboards for credit or refund is at the customers own expense.
Any item deemed faulty can be returned for a full refund and Noosa Longboards will cover the cost of return shipping. If you believe your item is faulty please email firstname.lastname@example.org with your name, order number and images of the fault for review.
Noosa Longboards offers refunds on all full price items (excluding surfboards) when returned within 30 days of purchase date. Alternatively, we offer a store credit to the value of the returned full price item/s, excluding shipping costs. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed and will then be available to use immediately through our online store.
Sale items can be returned for a store credit within 30 days of purchase date. Please note we do not offer refunds on sale items unless deemed faulty. Credit notes will be sent via email once your return has been processed and will then be available to use immediately through our online store.
Gift Cards and Online Store Credits may not be returned and are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All Gift Vouchers and Online Store Credits purchased through our website can only be redeemed through our Online Store.
