
Well for those that were able to finish this line, there is comfort to know that as we get older we get wiser. This means that we don't have to wake up EVERY morning to surf and hope we score, but rather intuitively feel the new swell coming. This is one of the small consolations in getting old. The other is the fact that we don't have to race each wave and tear the face to pieces, which gives us a new dimension in grace and style.
We have done our "rip and shred" and our knees and hips remind us of these former glory years all too well but there is no complaints. To paddle out on a new swell at first point with friends stretching over 30 years is a blessing we hope our younger generation get to enjoy.So for now we would like to welcome you to the new Noosa Longboards site and encourage you to read and contribute your thoughts and feelings and share it all (in and out of the water).And for those that weren't sure of how this blog title finished let us share from the words of the immortla Pink Floyd -
